Cancellation Policy:
I highly value your commitment to your appointments and recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness towards your success, other clients, and my work, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Fee:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the full session fee. This fee is designed to maintain fairness by minimizing the impact of unexpected changes on your success in therapy, accommodating the needs of other clients who might be seeking appointments, and respecting the time and dedication of the therapist.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify me by at least 24 hours in advance. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I will do my best to work with you to find an alternative time without incurring any fees.
